The Spartan Armor 6x8 side plates fit well in them. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars isn't due to the pouches themselves, but because I didn't recieve the malice clips I had added, but they were only an additional 2 bucks, so oh well.

The balance of that setup is my issue. And in my mind 6x8 in front and back covers the same vital core area from two directions vs extending into less vital areas at the expense of a back plate. Also, two nice light side plates costs less than one big plate it seems.
